At Outleted, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and fair returns and refunds process in line with UK consumer regulations and Google Merchant Center policies.
30-Day Returns
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
Original packaging and tags must be intact
Proof of purchase may be required
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
How to Start a Return
Contact us at support@outleted.com to request a return authorization
If eligible, we will provide a prepaid return label (UK orders only)
Securely package the item with all original documentation
Send the item using the provided instructions
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 2 business days
Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction
Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges
We offer direct exchanges for items of equal value, subject to availability.
For a different size, color, or style, we recommend:
Returning the original item for a refund
Placing a new order separately
